 OnTheSide.com - Whitelisting OnTheSide.com
In order to make sure that OnTheSide.com's newsletters and service
announcements make their way through your spam filters, please whitelist
us using the following instructions:
Gmail users with new OnTheSide.com subscriptions
- Click the blue "Contacts" link on the left side of any Gmail page.
- Click the "Create Contact" link.
- In the "Primary Email" field, add info@OnTheSide.com.
- Click the "Save" button.
Gmail users with existing OnTheSide.com subscriptions
- Click the blue "Spam" link on the left side of any Gmail page.
- Check the box next to our newsletter.
- Click the "Not Spam" button at the top.
- Add info@OnTheSide.com as a contact, as described above.
Hotmail users with new OnTheSide.com subscriptions
- Under the "Mail" tab, click the "Options" link in the upper right hand corner of your Inbox.
- Click the "Junk E-Mail Protection" link.
- Click the "Safe List" link.
- Add info@OnTheSide.com into the "Type an address or domain" field.
- Click the "Add" button.
Hotmail users with existing OnTheSide.com subscriptions
- Under the "Mail" tab, click the "Junk Email Folder" link on the left side of your Inbox. If it contains the info@OnTheSide.com address, open the email and click the "Not Junk" button.
- Add info@OnTheSide.com to your Safe List, as described above.
Mozilla Thunderbird users with new OnTheSide.com subscriptions
- Click the "Address Book" button and make sure that "Personal Address Book" is highlighted.
- Click the "New Card" button.
- Under the "Contact" tab, add info@OnTheSide.com to the "E-mail" field.
- Click the "OK" button.
- Update your Personal Address Book:
- From the main drop down menu, select "Tools", then select "Junk Mail Controls."
- Under the "Settings" tab, select "Personal Address Book" and check the box next to "Do not mark messages as junk mail".
- Click the "OK" button.
Mozilla Thunderbird users with existing OnTheSide.com subscriptions
- Open your Junk folder. If it contains the info@OnTheSide.com address, right-click our email.
- Select "Mark," then select "Not Junk."
Outlook Express users with new OnTheSide.com subscriptions
- From the "Tools" menu, click "Address Book."
- Click the "New" button, and then select "New Contact."
- In the address field, add info@OnTheSide.com.
- Click the "Add" button.
- Click the "OK" button.
Outlook Express users with existing OnTheSide.com subscriptions
- From the "Tools" menu, select "Message Rules," then select "Blocked Senders List."
- If the Blocked Senders List contains the info@OnTheSide.com address, click the address and click the "Remove" button.
- Click the "OK" button.
- Mark info@OnTheSide.com as a Safe Sender, as described above.
Yahoo users with new OnTheSide.com subscriptions
- Under the "Mail" tab of your mailbox, click the "Options" link in the upper right hand corner.
- Under the "Management" column, click the "Filters" link.
- Click the "Add" link.
- In the "From header:" field, select "contains" and add info@OnTheSide.com.
- From the "Choose Folder" pull down menu, select "Inbox."
- Click the "Add Filter" button.
Yahoo users with existing OnTheSide.com subscriptions
- Open your Yahoo Bulk folder. If it contains the info@OnTheSide.com address, open the email and click the "Not Spam" button.
- Set up a filter, as described above.

When you register as a service provider with OnTheSide.com, we ask for your email address and a screen name. Your email address is not shown to the public unless you wish to show it. It's also up to you if you choose to display your full name or other contact information. This information is only made public to other OnTheSide.com members who have signed into OnTheSide.com.
