EXPERIENCE
2007-2008 House Manager/Personal Assistant: Athens, Georgia
Set up an entire household and home office. Selected everything from kitchen ware to color and material of bed sheets to fine furniture and antiques. Converted 45 boxes filled with five years of unorganized legal documents into an organized file system. Set up home law office. Concurrently, worked as caretaker for my client who was having some critical medical problems. Cooked and prepared meals, Cleaned house, did laundry, ran errands. Drove my client any where he needed to go. Provided pre- and post- hospital care. Handled a number of medical emergencies, seizures, and difficult situations.

Called paramedics when necessary and saved my clients life. Stayed in hospital as companion into long night hours. Was on Call 24/7 for weeks at a time. Handled all incoming mail, paid bills, advised my client of his financial status on an ongoing basis.. Hired and supervised house staff such as housekeeper, groundskeeper, handymen, etc. Served as mom, dad, sister, priest, personal assistant, medical aid, companion, and friend..

2006-2007 Personal Assistant/Caretaker: Newport Richey Florida
Took a dying man home from his son’s house in Virginia to his home in Florida. Began him on a regime of supplements and exercise designed for a geriatric population, with additional supplements for diabetics.. Completely changed his diet. After three months he no longer needed his cane and was walking Ľ of a mile everyday three times a day. His sever diabetic problem stabilized to an almost normal blood sugar lever. He did not die. He went out and bought a red P.T. Cruiser, and started cruising for women at the age of 84. During my stay with him I acted as a personal assistant as well, doing housekeeping, cooking, preparing meals, grocery shopping, driving him to medical appointments, and giving him a fun and kind companion until he got on his feet.

1997-2005 Property Restorer/House Manager: Hollywood California
Bought, restored, and then set up homes as small boarding houses. Interviewed potential renters, selected appropriate candidates, and handled all rental agreements. Functioned as House Manger, Property Manager, and continued to improve properties. Handled three homes. At the end of eight years, sold homes for a handsome profit.

1990-2005 Medical Writer/ Tutor: Greater Los Angeles Area
On a free lance basis researched multiple areas of medicine and wrote articles and cover stories for national medical magazines and journals. Concurrently opened and ran a private tutorial practice mentoring, teaching, and coaching approximately 150 students into Ivy League universities throughout the U.S. Parents said, “You work magic with teenagers.” Worked with parents, teachers, counselors, school principles and occasionally therapists as a strong and highly effective advocate for my students.
