I am a certified 12 yr. yoga teacher and yoga therapist. I am a student of my profession practicing what I teach daily.
Studying under the internationally recognized yoga teacher, Jaya Devi, I am recognized and registered with the Yoga Alliance as an ERYT(Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, International Association of Yoga Therapist and International Association of Black Yoga Teachers.
I have found healing in my body and heart through the practice of yoga. I share this with my clients and students by offering a solid method of bringing health and wellness to their mind, body and spirit.
I enjoy working with people and look forward to sharing in the journey that my clients experience as they move toward their goals.

I am certified and trained in Hatha, Classical, Kundalini, and Integral Yoga.
AtMu-Ra Reiki Training Level 1 & 2 certified.
Master level pending.
I am also trained by the Arthritis Foundation and love working with seniors in the water as well as land classes.
Enjoy teaching stretching, breathing, meditation, relaxing and of course yoga.
