The "gift card" give-away from OTS.
So I was wondering. I was picked to rcv one of the "gift cards" in the OTS random drawing for people who signed up by a certain date. And I rcvd the $25 American Express card by mail. When I tried to use it, it was declined. When I called the 800 number on the back, the customer rep said the card was never activated. Meaning, it was never scanned and paid for. The card is no good unless scanned at the register.
Did anyone else who rcvd one, get a non working card??? I emailed OTS, got no response. I even went as far as to mail the entire thing back to the return address and never heard a word, no repsonse, nothing.
Not that a $25 gift card is a big deal or anything, its was more the principal than anything.
