What determines my ranking as a service provider?
Service providers' rankings depend on their OnTheSide.com work experience, and on the rating and feedback they get from their clients. OnTheSide.com allows service providers to keep track of their jobs. When service providers post a job as completed, an email is automatically sent to the client, requesting feedback on the service provided. The better ratings and the more job experiences a service provider has, the higher the ranking in the search results.

How do I ask buyers to submit ratings or reviews?
Feedback on OnTheSide.com is quick and easy. Once a service provider marks a job complete, an email is automatically sent to the client asking them to rate the service.

How do I temporarily deactivate my service provider profile?
You can temporarily deactivate your service provider profile by logging into your profile and clicking on "Click to Change" next to the statement, "You are currently an active service provider". This will take your profile out of the OnTheSide.com search results. When you are ready to reactivate your profile, simply follow the same procedure.
